Änderungen bei SilverPlatter Datenbanken

• MEDLINE Datenbank
  Die NLM arbeitet daran, die neue MEDLINE Version für 2003 vorzubereiten.
  Wie jedes Jahr wird deshalb die Herausgabe von allen Updates solange unterbrochen bis die der Thesaurus (MESH) in der Version 2003 erstellt ist.
  Deshalb ist die DVD Nov. 2002 das letzte MEDLINE Update in diesem Jahr.
  Die Produktion von SilverPlatter Updates wird wieder im Jänner 2003 aufgenommen werden.
  Kurz danach wird es auch wieder eine neue Gesamtausgabe von MEDLINE geben.
• MLA Datenbank
  Achtung die MLA Datenbank wurde neu produziert.
  Änderung der SETID von MB auf MLAB
  Wenn Sie einen Jumpstart mit WebSpirs 4.3 verwenden, ändert sich die Datenbankid von MB auf MLAB ( also &spdbid=S(MLAB)!!
  
  folgende Änderungen in MLA:
  XFELD ändert sich zu XURL
  IM Feld DE Einführung eines Punktes als Trennzeichen.
  DSF (Descriptor Subfeld ) neues Feld
  Die Felder AUI,AN,SQ,ISSN,ISBN,JN sind jetzt keine Limit Fields JN (Journal Name) Index enthält abgekürzte Zeitschriftennamen
  SO Feld enthält jetzt auch Dissertation Abstracts
  
• Neue Ausgabe der EINECS Plus Datenbank

  What's new in EINECS-Plus 2001:2 ?
  **1. The EU list of dangerous substances, risk and safety, notes about the labelling of preparations, notes about the identification/classification/labelling of substances and related data have all been altered to reflect the publication of Commission Directive 2001/59/EC of 6 August 2001 adapting to technical progress for the 28th time Council Directive 67/548/EEC on the approximation of the laws, regulations and administrative provisions relating to the classification,packaging and labelling of dangerous substances.
  
  2. The European Waste Inventory (EWI) (Commission Decision 2000/532/EC of 3 May 2000 establishing a list of wastes) L 226, 6.9.2000 subsequently amended by Commission Decisions 2001/118/EC (L 47, 16.2.2001) and 2001/119/EC (L 47, 16.2.2001) and Council Decision 2001/573/EC (L 203, 28.7.2001) has been added in this update. There are 10 separate databases containing this data in all Community languages except Greek (which is currently omitted for technical reasons); the database-specific documentation for which appears elsewhere in this compendium.
  
  3. Changes have been made to the full text database entitled Summary of EU legislation on dangerous substances and preparations as a result of the publication of:
  a. Commission Directive 2001/59/EC (see 1. above).
  b. Commission Directive 2001/58/EC of 27 July 2001 (OJ L 212, 07/08/2001) amending for the second time Directive 91/155/EEC defining and laying down the detailed arrangements for the system of specific information relating to dangerous preparations in implementation of Article 14 of European Parliament and Council Directive 1999/45/EC and relating to dangerous substances in implementation of Article 27 of Council Directive 67/548/EEC (safety data sheets). c. Commission Directive 2001/60/EC of 7 August 2001 (OJ L 226, 22/08/2001) adapting to technical progress Directive 1999/45/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council concerning the approximation of the laws, regulations and administrative provisions of the Member States relating to the classification, packaging and labelling of dangerous preparations.**
